Forgot your password
Click Forgot password? on the login page. Enter your email and we will send you a reset link.
Email not verified
If you see "Please verify your email before logging in," check your inbox (and spam folder) for the verification email. Click Resend verification email on the login page if needed.
Google sign-in not working
- Make sure pop-ups are not blocked in your browser.
- Try clearing your browser cookies for the site.
- If you originally registered with email, you cannot use Google sign-in unless the email matches.
Device limit reached
Some books with DRM protection limit the number of devices you can use. If you see a device limit error, go to your profile to manage registered devices, or contact the publisher.
