AI query limit reached
Free plan users are limited to 5 AI queries per day. The counter resets at midnight. Upgrade to Reader Pro or Scholar for unlimited queries.
AI Chat not responding
If the AI Chat is not responding:
- Check your internet connection.
- Refresh the page and try again.
- The AI service may be temporarily unavailable — wait a few minutes and retry.
Text-to-Speech not playing
- Make sure your device volume is not muted.
- Standard TTS uses your device's built-in voices — ensure your browser supports the Web Speech API.
- Premium AI voices require a Reader Pro or Scholar subscription.
- If using premium voices, check that you have not exceeded the rate limit (max 10 requests per minute).
Translation not available
AI Translation requires a Reader Pro or Scholar plan, or the book publisher must have enabled AI tools for the book.
