Book shows "not found"
- The book may have been removed or made private by the publisher.
- Check that you have access — some books require a subscription or purchase.
EPUB reader not loading
- Clear your browser cache and reload the page.
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari are recommended).
- Disable browser extensions that might interfere with JavaScript.
Images not displaying
If book images are not loading, check your internet connection. Images are loaded from the server and require an active connection.
RTL text display issues
Arabic books use right-to-left (RTL) layout. If text appears misaligned, make sure you are using a modern browser that supports RTL rendering. The platform automatically detects the book language and applies the correct text direction.
